Yvonne Phillips, 65

Yvonne Phillips, 65, of Pampa, Texas, died Thursday, July 1, 2004, at Pampa. Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2004, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Bartel, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Phillips was born Sept. 13, 1938, in Woodruff County, Ark. She was a faithful member of the Calvary Baptist Church, serving as organist and pianist for over 45 years. She had a passion for teaching people of all ages about our Lord Jesus. Above all, she was a faithful servant of Christ.

Survivors include one daughter, Angelia Collins and husband Steve of Pampa; two sons, Lonnie Phillips and wife Dana of Fairfield and Larry Phillips and wife Cindy of Hope, Ark.; one brother, Charles McGahen and wife Odessa of Pampa; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Phillips in 2001.

The family requests memorials be to Calvary Baptist Church, 900 E. 23rd, Pampa, TX 79065.
