After retiring from the Air Force we moved to Garland supposedly for a couple of years, almost 30 years later we are still here.

We have two daughters, one son, five grandkids and two great grandkids. The great grandkids live in South Carolina so we don’t get to see them but once or twice a year. We raised two of our granddaughters , they are 21 and 22 now. Both working and going to school. We are really proud of them.

My sister-in-law and I went to Doha Qatar for 3 weeks in January. It was quite an experience. One of our daughters lives there.

We are still busy with church, I have taught kindergarten for 29 years. I am not sure if I am going to get to come to the reunion. Franklin is having surgery the 11^th of this month so it depends on how he does. Franklin and I just celebrated our 47^th wedding anniversary.

We still have family in Pampa and go back often. In fact, I have been back 3 times since May. I Try to go by and see Sherry Hood Begert while I am there.

The Lord has blessed us. I think back when we had prayer before school and at lunch. It didn’t hurt any of us. Reading the bios seems like most of us have a close relationship with Jesus which is not so much in the education system anymore.
