10 years! My, how the years have flown.

Bill and I are still living in Groom. Bill is “retired” now. Retired, but still as busy as ever. He now has a shop beside the house building spurs, bits and buckles. He can never keep up with the orders he gets in, but it keeps him out of the house and out of trouble!

The kids are all doing fine. Added several grandkids since we were last together. In all, Bill and I have 14 grandkids, ranging from 17 years old to 11 months.

We travel as least once a year to Georgia to see two of the kids (Tracy in Tifton and Jeannette in Woodstock). Mary Jo lives in Lazbuddie, Travis is in Amarillo, Joannie lives 2 blocks from me in Groom and Janice lives in Tracy, California. It keeps us very busy keeping in touch with all of them spread out everywhere.

My time is spent doing nothing! Not really. With Joannie living so close and she and her husband working in Amarillo, I help out with her kids getting too and from school. I still sew, work in the yard and keep the house organized.

I am active with the Catholic Church here in Groom and with my family.
